This is when you become an Allotment Tenant, apply to be on a waiting list, provide services for the Organisation or take part in any events organised by YACIO. Financial Details
Site and plot details

YACIO does not disclose private data to third parties unless specifically appointed by YACIO under a contract to fulfil the requirements of membership or a specific initiative the individual has signed up to.

This enables YACIO to supply the benefits of membership or to contact you directly with membership information using the contact details provided on joining or renewing your membership. We may at times contact you directly concerning developments within YACIO and offer you the option to opt into initiatives if you so wish.

This information is only shared with third parties under a contract to provide benefits to YACIO members. We do not sell any information to third parties. YACIO will keep your data until it is updated or until you are no longer a member.

Your information is kept electronically on our secure data base. This information will be kept in this format as long as you are a member of YACIO or on the waiting list.

If at any point you feel the information, we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to make a complaint you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
