In light of updated government advice Trustees have taken the decision to postpone the AGM. The Trustees’ Report and Accounts are available below and anyone with any queries that they were going to raise at the AGM is welcome to submit them to the Trustees by email and they will do their best to respond.
At this time, government advice is that exercising outdoors for those without symptoms is still acceptable so long as people maintain a distance between each other so we hope you will still be able to enjoy working on your allotments during these difficult times. Please see this page for further updates on using the allotments at this time.
YACIO will continue to monitor the situation and will look at ways of supporting those with allotments affected by the Corona Virus crisis. If you have any queries please use the firstname.lastname@example.org address to get in touch.
YACIO’s second Annual General Meeting will be held on the 28th March at 10am at Clements Hall, Nunthorpe Road, York.
The meeting will have two parts, the first dealing with the official business of the AGM and the second an open discussion of allotment issues following our Speaker, Phil Gomersall, President of the National Allotment Society. Please submit topics for discussion by the 18th March. [Contact Us]
