Part-time Administrator

York Allotments Charitable Incorporated Organisation (YACIO) are responsible for the management of 16 allotment sites across the City of York. YACIO is run by a group of committed, voluntary trustees who manage the allotments, on behalf of our members, in a fair and open way.

We have a new opportunity for two part-time administrators to help ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions of YACIO including being a first point of contact for allotment holders, YACIO trustees and members of the public. This is a rewarding and important role. Our allotments are vital to the health and well being of many people who live in York, providing valuable green spaces, a home for wildlife and a source of healthy fresh food. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators with good organisational skills and experience of using IT systems.
